Absolutely loved our romantic escape to this hotel! the staff were incredibly friendly and always willing to help, which made us feel right at home. the pool was a standout feature and was always clean and inviting! We also loved the hotel's location near local shops and restaurants and the train station for easy access to nearby attractions. Another bonus was the well-maintained gardens which added to the romantic atmosphere.
the rooms were a bit outdated and could have used a fresh coat of paint, but this didn't detract too much from our overall experience.

I had booked for three days but had to stay one more day to suit nearby family. The room was all right, only a wardrobe to store things, but a mini fridge to keep water cold. There is also a desk. The bed was made every day and pillow cases and sheets changed more than once - important in hot climate. The linen was white and clean. Parking is in the street but I was given one of the two spaces in front of the hotel apart from one night when I paid a small charge to the meter, so it was fine.
I was not happy when on arrival in my room, not being able to get the air-conditioniong to work, I went down to reception to ask how it worked, only to be told that,if I wanted air-conditioning I would have to pay 10 euros a day extra. The manager told me I had to pay this because I had booked with Booked.net. I was ,to say the least, not well pleased. The room was very hot but I was so annoyed I refused to pay the extra. Possibly I would have booked a different place originally because other places I looked at did not cost much more than this hotel. I also thought the price per night of the air-conditioning was very high. Like many people I just use it to cool the room then turn it off. I speak fluent Italian and many of the staff were very nice to me but the the situation re the air-conditioning spoilt my whole stay. Is this the fault of your firm or the fault of the hotel? I leave it up to you to decide.

it is beach hotel, it was 32 ºC but the AC is not included in the fee. You need to pay about €10 extra per day, which is an extra 16% per day to have AC. I found it a excess for that price and the fact that a hotel of €60 per night did not include AC. That I found very poor of the service. We requested a high chair for our 5 months baby and we got it but it was very very very dirty. It had something that looked that puke from another baby and it was black of dirty on some places. Definitively not where you want to put your baby. That was very careless from them. The breakfast was OK but far from impressive. You also need to pay extra for internet at a rate of about €3 perl hour. Overall, I have stayed in cheaper hotel with better breakfast, cleaner facilities, AC and internet included.

I had a really enjoyable stay at this hotel. It was located directly on the seafront in the center of this city which made it convenient to visit the beach and take long walks. The staff were very friendly and helpful throughout my stay. Additionally, the cleanliness of the hotel was impeccable.

Great location. Great view.
Bathroom could have been cleaner. It was a 10euro a day fee for using the airconditioer. Breakfast buffet could have been better.

If this is one of the best hotels in Ladispoli then it doesn't say much about the rest. The hotel is stuck in a time warp and is in desperate need of updating and this includes thinking. Surely the days have passed where you should be subjected to a 10 Eur a day charge for use of the air conditioning?! This hotel is a very basic 3 star hotel and although the food is good, if you have young children like myself they struggle to give you options for them.

Good Breakfast, very close to crystal clear beaches and local restaurants.
Asked for a quiet room and given the one above the kitchen!! Woken up every morning at 6:30AM by the quarrels of preparing the breakfast and at midnight by dish washing noise! Shared the hallway with 20 screaming school kids and tried to sleep through a birthday party next door! If not enough, was asked to check out and leave before 9AM, one hour sooner than my booking indicated and 8 hours before the check in time!!!

Excellent staff, very helpful. Good position for everything, comfortable
Stayed there late June, the sun did not reach the pool until lunchtime, this could be different at other times of the year

The hotel is located in a quiet area away from the hustle and bustle of Rome. It also boasts a beautiful view of the Mediterranean sea. the rooms were clean, and the bathrooms were well-maintained. the staff was friendly and accommodating. the breakfast provided a wide variety of options to choose from.
The parking area was limited, and finding a spot was sometimes difficult.

We stayed here just one night. Flew into Rome and were heading north the next day. My girls (5 and 8) loved playing in the sea after dinner and would have loved to stay another couple days. Was a cute little town, but we didn't get to explore much.

This hotel is a real gem! the location is fantastic - right in the heart of Ladispoli, with direct access to the beautiful beach. You can't beat that! Secondly, the staff are incredibly friendly and attentive, always ready to assist with any request. And let's not forget the rooms - spacious, clean, and equipped with a TV set and balcony. Lastly, the breakfast spread was delicious, with a variety of options to choose from. I can't wait to come back and stay here again!
No negatives, everything was wonderful!
